Variant stock
What is left of each colour and size of your products: the count you typed on the product, less what the boutique POS sold of that colour and size since, plus what came back. Products with a colour or size sold out or nearly gone come first. Part of the Colour & size variants add-on for boutiques.
Steps
- Open a product, go to Colours & sizes and add each colour and size you stock, with its barcode if it has one and the count on the shelf. Save.
- On the boutique POS, tap the product, pick the colour and the size: each size shows how many are left of it.
- Open Inventory → Variant stock to see what is left of every colour and size; press "Out of stock or low" for the ones to reorder.
Tips
- When new pieces arrive or you count the shelf, type the new count on the product: that variant starts again from it, and the sales after it lower it.
- A variant with 2 or fewer left is low; one with none left is out of stock. A return on the sale puts the piece back.
